"Delivery was right on time"
I ordered a couch from Big Sandy. I was mainly hoping the delivery date would not change. It stayed the same. No delays. No last-minute surprises.
The delivery guys called before they came. They showed up during the time window they gave me. It was a really easy day. Always nice when something shows up when they say it will.
"Website said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I was frustrated with my Big Sandy Superstore order. The item showed as available online, so I bought it thinking I was good to go. Then I got a call later saying it actually wasn’t in stock, which kind of defeats the purpose of checking availability before ordering.
They did offer to let me wait for a restock, but the timing wasn’t clear and I needed it sooner than that. Customer service was fine and polite enough, but the whole inventory situation felt disorganized. I’d just expect the website to be more accurate.

"Financing was easy for me"
I stopped in after work, so I was a little tired and just hoping the whole financing part wouldn’t take forever. Luckily, I got approved quickly and they explained the payments in a way that actually made sense to me. Overall, it was a easy experience.

"My visit was just okay"
I stopped in to check out a couch, and overall it was just okay. The staff was friendly enough, but I did have to look around a bit before I could find someone to help me. The prices seemed fair, reasonable, but the checkout took longer than I expected. Not a bad visit, just not a great one either.
"Warranty plan really helped"
Was glad I got the protection plan. Super easy to use, no hassle at all, and made the whole thing way less stressful.

"Good setup, just took a little longer than expected"
I ordered from Big Sandy and overall had a good experience. The install went smoothly, and the guys who came out were friendly and made sure everything was set up the right way. They did arrive a bit later than the scheduled window, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d still order from them again.

From what I remember, the delivery guys showed up on time and handled everything really well. They were professional, careful, and made the whole process easy.

Support got back to me fast and they were helpful, which I appreciated. Since the issue still caused some hassle, I’m hoping they’ll consider offering some kind of compensation or credit.

I ordered a couch and a small table from Big Sandy, i was happy when everything showed up exactly how I picked it online. The color, size, and model all matched, which was a nice little win and definitely a relief.
I’m giving 4 stars just because the tracking was a bit slow to update, but the actual order was spot on. No mix-ups, no missing parts, and everything was what I expected.

"Better quality than I expected"
I picked up a new living room set from Big Sandy Superstore, i keep wondering if I just got lucky or if I underestimated them. The couch feels really sturdy, the fabric looks nicer than I thought it would, and nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy. We’ve had it for a few weeks now, and it still looks brand new. For the price, I’m happy with it.

"Returning my recliner was way more of a hassle than I expected!!!"
I bought a recliner from Big Sandy and ended up needing to exchange it, the whole return process was more frustrating than I thought it would be!!! It was slow and a little confusing, and I had to call more than once because I kept getting different answers!!! The staff I talked to were nice enough, but still, returning or exchanging something really shouldn’t be this complicated!!!

I had a small problem at first, but after I checked my email and sent over the receipt, they got it fixed quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience once they looked into it

"Sales staff was really helpful"
I wasn’t totally sure what I was looking for at first, and I probably asked more questions than I needed to, but the sales guy was really patient and didn’t rush me at all. He helped me figure out what I needed and made the whole visit feel easy.
